WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF MY ITEM IS PREORDERED?

If an item is listed as preordered, you will be contacted via email regarding any changes to the status of preordered items in your order. In the event that a preordered item is part of your order, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. 

If you would like to cancel a preordered item, please email info@ariellasdesigns.com. If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will be notified via email and your method of payment will be refunded for the cancelled item.  

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

Yes, we ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.  

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER BEFORE IT SHIPS?

Yes, you may cancel any order within the first 5 hours of placing it. However, we are unable to make changes, including cancellations, to orders after they have been processed. 

An item may only be canceled after 5 hours if it is currently preordered. If you would like to cancel a preordered item, please email info@ariellasdesigns.com

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?

All items are made to order and may take 2 weeks to a month to be shipped. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or nationally observed US holidays. 

Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. Occasionally, items may be listed as preorder. In the event of a preorder, we will provide an approximate date of shipment.
